Please make sure to provide us with a deliverable e-mail address.  We must have a deliverable e-mail address to ensure that you receive your order confirmation from us.  To ensure that you receive your confirmation e-mail, please make sure you do not have SPAM software which will automatically block the receipt of your confirmation e-mail. If you are using SPAM software, please add our various e-mail addresses to your “allowed list”.

As a Magazine Mile customer you do grant us permission to send you e-mails or mailings with special offers from us or others who Magazine Mile considers as having offers of interest to you as a magazine reader. All e-mail will be transmitted only by Magazine Mile and your e-mail address will not be revealed to anyone else. Magazine Mile will never sell, rent or distribute your e-mail address to a third party.

Order carefully. Once your order has been processed it cannot be cancelled or refunded.  We can only cancel subscriptions that have not yet been submitted to the clearinghouse. We process orders on Friday.  Once your order has been processed, we do not receive a refund from our clearinghouse and therefore cannot refund your order after it has been submitted.

Only one subscription per magazine per address can be purchased at one time. You can send the same magazine as a gift to as many individuals you want.

UNAVAILABILITY:

Magazine Mile is a magazine subscription agency. Its role is to forward subscription orders to the magazine publishers via its clearinghouses. Magazine Mile is not in any manner involved in the editorial, creation, printing, fulfillment or mailing of the magazines – this is the role of the publisher. If, for any reason whatsoever, Magazine Mile is unable to fulfill an order for a magazine subscription, its sole and total liability and obligation is limited to a refund for the actual money paid by its customer for the subscription. In the event that a magazine ceases publication, Magazine Mile is not responsible for providing a refund or an alternative publication.  This is the sole obligation of the magazine publisher. The industry practice is to provide a substitute publication similar to the magazine that ceased publication.

We provide Change of Address service but the information has to go through our clearinghouse which can take as long as 12 weeks. We recommend that you contact the publisher directly as the change can be made while you are on the telephone or on their website - this is the fastest way and we recommend it.
